Looks like the entire Hicks family is mostly junking the road up. I'm sure most of the yard sale junk is out of Perry's rentals. I know they received a letter about a year ago to clean these properties up from the county. Fine these people!!!

I live on the road it is a disaster. Looks like they attempted to clean it up some. Now it just looks like a tornado hit not a hurricane. These people need fines. Maybe Bracken County can put a dumpster at the end of the road for a week or so. I'm sure they still be to lazy to clean up.

I agree you would think they could at least put there trash behind there house where people can't see it. Of course junking places up help for certain people to buy it cheap. They need to fine the tenants and the land lord.

Most of these properties are from Perry Poe. He rents them out until they are trashed up. He needs to tell his tenants to clean his properties up!!!
